Chef/Restauranteur Michael Mangham returns to Baton Rouge with a new concept titled Southern Plate. Chef Mangham will feature some of the classics his loyal customers remember him for, along with some new items. Mangham & his team will also specialize in "take away" lunches and dinners for families on the go, who want dine at home.
Expect to see a range of entrees on the lighter side, from bistro style sandwiches to fresh salads and homemade soups. Chef Mangham will also be serving up a breakfast menu focusing on a small offering of homemade items. His goal to source as many ingredients as possible from local purveyors will show through in his menu.
